Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. You will need to create an account with us and log-in to process your self-service return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We offer two types of delivery options: You can have your items delivered to your home or you can arrange to pick-up your order from The Warrens Area or Holetown, which is free. Please select your ideal shipping location at check-out. If you would like to pick up your order in person, you will receive the location details at check-out.
